Got to disagree with this view to a certain extent.  We have been fairly consistent so far this season but for all the wrong reasons.  What we have been lacking is pace. penetration, a certain amount of dig in crucial games and an urgency to attack the opposition.  All imo of course.

Mr McPake has a tendency to point the fingers at the players, there seems little acceptance of his strange team selections, bizarre substitutions and what is appearing to be a less than transparent principal of playing his mates despite how bad they are playing.
Hibs have had a woeful season, they change manager and he puts the same players on the park for 3 games on the trot and has 3 straight wins, not pretty but a big confidence booster.

We put the same players on the park, had a bit of a run, change the team, lose the Derby then lose the next game after more changes by bringing Meekings and dropping Kerr and changing the shape again.

My problem is JMP, Meekings and Ness have all come out this week saying there was nothing wrong with selection and tactics at ICT. They just missed a few chances and ict scored an opportunist goal then sat back. Imo we were slow, pedestrian, predictable and showed no sign of any teamwork or tactics. I can take getting beat if there is a decent performance. We had no drive till Kerr came on. In 15 minutes 3 ict players were booked because he was running at them. Hope our manager took note. People say be patient as we are building a team. Imo there is no sign of progression and we are no better than we were first game of the season. 4 games till we play "them" again !
