When i catch the B*"t**d who super glued all the back room staffs arses in the dugout yesterday i'll thrash him within an inch of his life....i can only presume this is what happened yesterday as not one of them ventured out of the dugout or offered any advice or opinion to James McPake during the game. What has happened to our so called inspirational former captain ?  Someone in another post mentioned that there was nothing between manager and players but i would go as far as saying much the same is happening between manager and backroom staff as well.....if they are employed to offer advice and opinion to the manager who chooses to ignore them then what's the point assembling a costly backroom staff ?.......that was torture yesterday.....

Not true Janny mate, I saw Jimmy Nichol out of the dugout giving McPake advice yesterday, that had a fairly lengthy discussion at one point in fact.

Fair enough Reverend, but i still think its a passive dugout.......same as last week at Inverness.
