Great heartfelt post.

Court case is Feb 6th apparently.

Club might be waiting on the easy route out if that outcome goes a particular way.

Only one more game between now and then.

Personally I think it would be better for him and us if he is moved to a low key coaching role at that time and media attention around us is about finding a new manager and not this court case.

Our club stood by you when you had your serious injury, gave you an extension to your contract despite never knowing if you would kick a ball again.

We then gave you a good job coaching the kids, a job that coaches up and down the country would love.

We then gave you the first team managers job despite you being nowhere near ready or qualified to be in that position.

This club has been good to you...

Now do the decent thing and think of the club and walk away, you are killing the club that has been so good to you, that helped you in your hour of need...

Please resign.

Quality post mate.

I agree with all of that.

I like McPake and hope he can be kept on in a coaching position but he has to step down as Manager.

I think that would be Nelms get out of Jail card, being, zero contract pay off, but this Foolish thinking, will be too late to save us from going down, damage has been done.

I drove through tonight with an ex pro with over 500 matches...

On the way home he was getting texts from a few ex pros, current coaches, and journalists, all saying the same thing, why is he still in a job?

May be proved wrong but from what I've heard I don't think the court case will provide an easy way out. Severe provocation, abuse by JMcP not at the worst end of the scale etc. Give him his old job back, bring in a new guy and JMcP may learn more from him than he did from McCann & McIntyre. FWIW and I don't think I would ever have imagined saying this I don't think we could have been any worse off sticking with NMcC for a longer term.

We wouldn't have went down with McCann still in charge

McPake post match interview is on BBC Scotland, basically blaming his Senior Players for not taking on any responsibility and taking on board his tactics, which he takes responsibility for, that their not working again. Get rid now, everyone in Scottish Football are laughing at us because of his appointment and lack of knowledge, Journalist, fellow Managers, ex players and Football Pundits, come on Nelms admit this is your THIRD f**k up and get rid of tonight, earn your Wage, you Disaster of a Man.
