Broadcast the games live on DeeTV for the remainder of the season, hopefully get back to attending games come the play-offs. Worst case scenario, but still doable. Maybe give Adult ST holders free access and everyone else some pay per game option?

WoodStein Posted 6 March 2020 Report Share Posted 6 March 2020 If they got to the stage of calling all games off, I think they'd be likely to cancel all promotion & relegation. However, remember the SPFL is run by a committee formed by clubs, it wouldn't be an SFA committee decision.
Dondeh Posted 6 March 2020 Report Share Posted 6 March 2020 If Doncaster is involved it's sure to be an absolute cluster

Stopping folk shaking hands but they're allowed to shout in one another's face and grapple for headers. It's f**cking embarrassing. On the plane to London today and the cabin crew guy said "If you're going to sneeze, please sneeze into your elbow to prevent the spread of coronavirus." Problem solved eh.

Cobra Posted 6 March 2020 Report Share Posted 6 March 2020 Just reading that the Premier League down south is thinking about banning over 70s from the football. What would folk think about that happening up here?

What would folk think about that happening up here? I think this is a very sensible idea for the English Premier League. They don't need supporters because they get so much money from their TV deal. So there will be no financial hardship for the teams. It might be seen a bit differently up here. My solution would be to spread the support around our ground. Maybe put the over 70's in a special section and give them face masks so they can moan as much as they like and yet not wind each other up. We have an 11000 seater ground and rarely get much more than 5500.

That would take 1,500 off our home gate ......but, BC, are you not self-isolating by suggesting 'penning them in'?
