Play like we did in the first half today and I'm afraid it will be the usual outcome.

Maybe it's just me but I thought it was a tactical masterclass from Hartley today. With our creative players unavailable, we decided to focus on containing a strong Aberdeen side, get in their faces and avoid giving them space to create chances while trying to hit them on the break. I felt it worked really well until their opener.

You must have been at a different game from me then. We could barely string two passes together in the first half. Defence looked all over the place at times. We started to compete the last half an hour and were much better. All IMHO

For all their attacking talent I don't remember Aberdeen having a single chance in the first 35 minutes. We should have had a penalty IMO and S. McGinn nearly scored the opener with a fine effort that went just wide. I wasn't at all bothered that Aberdeen had a lot of possession and passed the ball better. Today was about grinding out a result against a stronger team to stay in the hunt for top six, and we went about it really well. Defensively we were poor at the end of the first half, start of the second but otherwise I thought we were solid and good value for the point.

Again thats your opinion which I happen to disagree with. I am happy with the result but it was no way a "tactical masterclass" for me.
