Yes it’s confusing, how does one buy a junior or concession?

Whilst its good to see interviews with the manager the club needs to clarify if season ticket sales are still live and fix the online purchasing, otherwise no one will be able to support the club. Meanwhile Motherwell hit 1500 sales.
tommydfc Posted 1 May 2020 Report Share Posted 1 May 2020 (edited) The club have now extended sales and current pricing indefinitely. I'm not furloughed so happy to help anyone having any issues where I can. The Ticket site is run by a 3rd party so may not be able to answer things right away but if anyone has any issues they can email me at [email protected] and I'll be happy to help or pass it on when needed. I had a look at site after seeing post above and if you click on 'Section' it lets you chose what stand you want to buy in, how many and what type of tickets you want. Hopefully that helps. EDIT to say - meant to say NOT furloughed Edited 1 May 2020 by tommydfc

No word yet but I imagine everything will be clearer after club discussions with insurance company. Once that is sorted, it will be handled by Ticket Office so would think it will be once they re-open. Cobra Posted 1 May 2020 Report Share Posted 1 May 2020 Schalke have asked season ticket holders to waive their right to a rebate and help the cash-strapped club through the lockdown. The club will give away specially made team shirts to each season ticket holder who does not ask for their money back. I'd be quite happy if DFC did that.

EDIT to say - meant to say NOT furloughed Thanks Tommy, that is GREAT news! Do you know how long existing ST holders will have to still be able to reserve their existing seat? I'll definitely be re-buying mine but am hanging fire on parting with bigger lumps of cash for now where possible. Thanks for your help.

dfcman Posted 1 May 2020 Report Share Posted 1 May 2020 Simple gestures like that go a long way.We do not seem to do any marketing these days.A little goes a long way.Send a young fan an autographed Birthday card and you can end up with a lifelong fan. There are loads of things like this .Personally no way do I want a refund but some wee gesture would be good.
