Fantastic goal. Intelligence, creativity and composure from Wighton. He'll be 18 come the start of next season and hopefully closer to a regular start in the first team.

Got to say based on his performances in the first team lately, albeit fleeting glimpses, it's underlined my view that Craigs next season should be spent on loan at a promotion chasing Championship club. Let him physically bulk up a bit he's just meat and drink to strong SPL centre halves.

I think he'll be ready to play a much bigger part for our team in the premiership next season.

Personally just think he's just too sleight at the moment.

This isn't a dwarves rant by any matter or means but having seen him recently I think he's struggled with the physicality of the SPL. Personally I'm quite surprised by that as I thought it would be the opposite
