On Sunday 25th January, I returned to Ibrox for Fernando Ricksen's Tribute match.  Fernando was a player when I worked as a physio within Rangers Youth Academy.

I'm sure you will be aware of Fernando's plight and seeing him walk out on to the pitch left me feeling overwhelmed and compelled to do something in his honour for those affected by Motor Neurone Disease.

It is only 11 weeks until the London Marathon and I have not run since I did the New York Marathon in 2013 but with your help, I know I can do it!  Please give anything you can...if everyone who knows me or Fernando could give even £5, together we could do so much for the MND Association.
