Rangers

Recommended Posts

Assuming Rangers make it into the Play-Off final, and that Motherwell or Ross County are their opponents, what chances do the SPL clubs have of beating Rangers?

Motherwell have really improved from earlier in the season and Ross County are on a fine run of form.

It's going to be an interesting conclusion to the season.

I think it's a big assumption to assume Rangers will get there. Their record so far against the two teams currently occupying the other play-off spots does not make for very good reading (if you're a fan obviously, it makes very good reading otherwise!). Both Hibs and QOTS have a better head-to-head record over Rangers this season. In their two games in Dumfries this season, Rangers have conceded 5 and scored 0.

Although it goes without saying, Rangers will still be massive favourites to be promoted.
