Thanks. Sounds pretty positive although we've heard it all before and he may be riding the crest of the promotion wave but won't give up hope just yet.

Was the comment he made that they'd engaged a Project Manager for it that's the difference; I still have doubts but he's never gone to the extent of saying there's actually someone in place to manage it before.

Nelms came across as though there’s no doubting it’ll happen, discussing them sharing it with us, said basically the offer’s there for that to happen. 
Just said a PM had been appointed to oversee it, but from that interview it didn’t come across as an ambitious pipe dream, more a ‘when it happens’.

Just watched it. Seems like clips from a bigger interview imo. With the reporter being the one stating that a PM has been appointed hence leading me to believe he said a lot more than was shown.

It all sounded like it was a done deal to me. Rather than sharing the long-term ambition to build a new stadium, he was for the first time discussing ground sharing and how it should work etc, as if they’d moved beyond the seeking permission stage to spades in the ground territory. That plus appointing a PM points to them having been given the green light imo, could be wrong though.
