I honestly think they would have won the league or been pushing to win it.

If Hartley had those players now we'd possibly challenge for the title. If we had Hartley back then we'd probably have finished third as Rangers and Celtic were so strong with the likes of Larsson and de Boer.

I always felt this team was more about show boating, a Sunday team told just to go out and enjoy yourself sort of attitude. This team should have done more and gone further, but it was a pleasure to see most of these players in a Dee shirt!

We'd easily win the title now. Easily. Let's remember we didn't have the likes of Leigh Griffiths or Anthony Stokes and Scott Brown. We had genuine world class talent in that side like Nemsadze and Canniggia. Sure we had some dross too.

Imagine Ivano Bonetti as Chief Scout, Hartley as manager, Jocky as striking coach, Duffy as Defensive coach and a 2000-esque budget. Dreams are made of that stuff.

You never new what to expect with that team. they could go to Parkhead and get a comfortable win or they could be total gash against an ordinary team.
