Saw that. Was going to wade in big time if it was an Adult one.

That said I saw a boy once wearing a league cup final match worn long sleeve Umbro shirt.

I'm not ashamed to admit I had a semi.

The absolute holy grail of Dee shirts IMO.

Ive still got my 1985 top! but the lettering has all fallen off and it certainly wont fit me these days!!! but I agree it was one class outfit (as was the one before) The image of Robert Connor slamming the ball  past the Utd keeper has just flashed into my mind! ;o)

PS The Museum in the city centre has the full 1985 kit on display standing beside some horrid hi visibility thing,

This was my first ever Dundee top, absolutely love it.

Had both the home and away tops too, I'm sure I read somewhere that we only ever wore that away kit once sure it was against Rangers at Ibrox?

Would love to get one of these, and also a Kellys Copiers 'Sampdoria' top too!!

I have that top as well complete with number on the back. Jocky Scott gave us some strips for a 5 a side game at the end of the season that had been worn in the last league game. Shamed to say I pinched it when I found out it was Tc's.

Remember buying the away Sampdoria style strip from the sports shop at the west end of the old "concrete" Overgate. Still got it and it still fits!!!! Another favourite of mine which I preferred to the home version!!!

Haha Alan, I have his white away top, signed as well, but I puchased it. :-)

Would be prudent for the Club to consider re-issuing some of the retro tops for the first team in future seasons

I know it's very unlikely, but if any of you guys are ever considering selling any of these tops please let me know, as I would love to have one of these?

Or if anyone knows of anyone selling retro replica Dees tops please give me a shout. Cheers.

There are a few places online that do stuff like this mate, here's a couple of links

http://www.toffs.com/retro-football-shirts/scottish-teams/dundee

http://www.football-shirts.co.uk/dundee-shirt.html

Apologies for a couple of the shirts in the second link, due to the usual 'misunderstanding'. Finally....

Google is your friend, with a bit of patience you can find most things on there.
