Police Charge

Just saw police in Aberdeen have charged a 13 year old boy for throwing a bottle at players in the dons Celtic game 

Yet no one even tried to be traced from the St Johnstone end in the Griffiths incident yet he/she threw a firework

Surely the Stadium Manager should have made a statement that they were trying to track down the culprit/s.
