What are those wee moments that you appreciate about going to the football?

I've got a few.

- A raucous Hello, Hello erupting after Dees have celebrated a derby goal.

- Scarf twirling when a Dundee win is beyond doubt.

- When some random Dees starts chuckling and tells the folk around him that United are getting humped and everyone sounds their approval.

- That cheer when the ref flashes a red card at an opposition player.

- Dabs celebrating a disallowed goal before going suddenly silent and being taunted by cackling Dees.

- A Dundee player aggressively celebrating a goal in front of the support.

- The collective groan when a promising move breaks down.

- The excited roar when we win a corner.

- Dees cheering a crunching tackle.

- The way the anger rises each time a dodgy ref makes a bad call.

- When a goal is so important some random Dee runs out of the stand onto the park.

Any others?

Stepping onto the bus for an away game.

When you fist see the pitch at a home game

When a Dee player acknowledges the fans cheering him

The visit to a random chip shop on the way home from a game (The ones at Auchterarder and Stonehaven stick in my mind)

Getting a stinking hot greasy pie with a cup of bovril and trying to juggle them before you get your hands burnt off.

Good in the winter though!
