Looks like we'll be down to 14 or 15 players for Wednesday if Max doesn't make it.

Ashcroft, McGhee, Byrne, Max, Jakubiak and Sheridan probably missing.

Hopefully Max, Mcghee and jakubiak back in the next couple of weeks but we'll need reinforcements.

Can we really count Jakubiak as 'missing'? He's barely played and in all honesty he's not missed right now. Sheridan probably the same - plenty cover for them.

The rest are a worry, especially Ashcroft now although we have Fontaine able to step in, might not be the most mobile of players but he'll still do a job.

St Johnstone on Wednesday and County on the 11th are massive games where we need to be close to full strength. Anyone carrying a knock can maybe rest when we go to Ibrox.

Reading that Max was taken off as he was fatigued rather than injured so hopefully rest up then ok for St J game.

He was rubbing his quad and showing the physio something so not too sure it was just fatigue unfortunately

Anderson really didn't look that bad coming off. Moving fine just before going down, and walked off just fine. Think he was maybe just feeling some strain and his coming off was more of a precaution. Hopefully feeling fine and will be ready come Wednesday.

Suspected hamstring for ashcroft.

Not good.

It's obviously not good news if true, but in a weird way it might work out for us if it forces McPake to look for a CH in January. We're very light at CH but McPake seems to have ignored this position by and large so this might force him to act.

Hopefully it's nothing too bad though and I wish Ashcroft a speedy return. Played really well since the County game IMO.

It looked like Anderson was getting treated for cramp on the pitch, so maybe lack of training and the cold contributed to that. He was on the pitch with the rest of the team at the end of the game looking OK , so hopefully will make it for Wednesday. Maybe give him a rest against Rangers so he is OK for away to County.
