One thread for any transfer news or rumours of new additions to the squad in Jan 2022.

The two we are already aware of are:

- Georgie Kelly (Bohemians); LOI Top scorer who is the only one named of presumably several targets from Ireland who are being at looked at to sign either now or on a PCA.

- Michael Gardyne (Inverness CT); Far less well-sourced, but the Dundonian has been linked with us once again after a supposed falling out with ICT over allegedly pumping a teammate's missus. Would certainly add to our list of "characters" I suppose.

I think we should prioritise a wide player with pace as the current balance in the team is in my opinion reason we are doing better. Lose Mcmullan or McCowan and that balance is gone.

Presumably Mulligan would be seen as competition on the wings if he does come back. He's been playing right wing back for Peterhead but I would be surprised to see him competing for one of our full back spots as he's only a couple of months back transitioned from an attacking mid to that role and it's a different sort of position than what Cammy plays here.

Possibly hasn't done as well as you'd hoped because he isn't as good as you'd hoped?

McDaid was starting every game for Falkirk until two weeks. The Bairns were in good form and beat Dumbarton 3-0 then McDaid was an unused sub for the home defeat to Montrose, and he never made the squad for the cup defeat to Raith last week. Maybe he's injured or had a falling-out.

I'd love big Malachi back from Spurs. He was very good until he got injured and we need another centre half.
