Well, although I'll always find it hard to support Billy Dodds, I absolutely think he's right on that one.

Probably too late now, but should have been a wave of objections when it was announced.

Honestly don't get where they're coming from with this set dates for changes - just state the change is effective immediately and make it simple; people would at least have some respect for the decision making process.

Just seems unfair that the Championship clubs are being handicapped when you would think that allowing them full access would be better for them and help smaller teams who simply don't have the same resources as say  eltic and Hibs.
