Watching Charlie lately and it's plain to see that he's miles overweight and unfit but dosent get stick for it , but everyone slates Griffiths for the same thing , is it because he is a labeledΒ  "one of our own" and a dundee fan ?

Just saying πŸ€”

Same with cammy for years, because he is ''one of our own'' he gets away with poor performances.

Played superbly in wins against Well and Saints, before getting injured against RC. Least of our problems.Β

I wouldn’t say Griffiths is miles overweight, he’s just not sharp, and lost that burst over 5-10 yards.

First game back after being out for weeks injured.Β

Our best player by far.Β

He's nowhere near being an issue. You could sense his frustration last night at how badly we were set up.

I'd agree. Charlie looks the build that he's been for several years - he's never been athletic.

He's just getting on a bit now, so while his range of passing is still superb, he's just not got the legs any more which results in him picking up a lot of yellow cards. It also has the knock on effect of us largely having to set up with 1 up top to accommodate him in the team.

Adams fitness stamina etc are a disgrace for a pro, even taking into account his age. His passing last night, and more often than not is really poor, although his ability for 1 amazing pass per game quite often hides this.Β

He was terrible yesterday, and looked uninterested at times. He gets away with murder because of his name.Β

I really like Charlie Adam and still think he is the key to us staying up this season, but I don't blame McPake for pretty much throwing Adam under the bus in his post-match interviews.

McPake said, 'The senior players have been brilliant for me, they helped get this club promoted, but tonight they let themselves down.'

And that's exactly what Adam did last night. Petulantly getting himself involved in a wee spat which netted him the booking that means he's suspended for the Derby, having a nightmare of a game himself, but worst of all for me, was him passing the buck to a young midfielder to take a free-kick about 18-20 yards from goal in a position where he's world reknowned for.

That's not leadership. We can say what we want about McPake and he deserves to go, but his most trusted player and captain let his manager and team down last night with that attitude and performance IMO.

A problem last night was Livvy had some real athletes in their team, we have none. To keep things simple (and not racist), the three black guys were immense for them. Fit, lean machines with the boy at the back strolling thru it.

We are missing loan opportunities that so called smaller clubs seem to secure. Surely we can create an email list of every club manager in UK at least, and ask if they have a player of such and such type that needs game time and take it from there.

Too simplistic? Maybe but it’s not rocket science.
