Same.  My then GF and I were flat hunting as we were getting married in the Autumn.  Funnily enough, we watched the final in a flat in Sandeman Street that overlooked Dens as the family selling the place were also Dees.  It was a dump and we didn't buy it and bought another dump on the Strathy instead!
