Would you throw him into the starting eleven or stick with Sweeney and Fontaine? Would he offer us the option of switching to a three at the back for certain games so we can fit Charlie and two strikers into the same team!

I wouldn't be changing the defence or formation at this point. Get Rudden in for Mullen though and see if he can score the goals we are lacking as Mullen for all his effort is not a goal scorer.

Fontaine was excellent for 75 minutes and then dipped and Sweeney was excellent. I'd keep them together until Rossi is ready to be thrown in and replace Fontaine.

Neither sweeney or fontaine deserve to get dropped IMO

Great performance from Fontaine and Sweeney. Be good to have another CB available but barring injury I think they should be almost first names pencilled in.

How did McGhee get on at left back?

Cammy Kerr played left back and he was excellent. He has never let us down there.

I actually think he should be first choice left back moving forward. That's how comfortable he seems in that position.

He played right-back last night. Cammy played at left-back and did really well.

Would stick with what we have just now as Fontaine and Sweeney haven't done much wrong to be dropped.

Yeah they did. But I think that was a combination of himself bombing forward and McMullan being utterly gubbed having ran himself into the ground. Utd ending up doubling up on that wing as they got no change from an excellent Cammy and then McCowan when came on to assist Cammy.
