Can this happen with Strachan already sitting on two boards in the SPFL? TBH I don't have a clue how that would work but seems unlikely that Strachan would f off Celtic for an interim management gig.

It doesn't really matter. 

If Strachan has agreed to be part of the management team then whether he's named as manager is irrelevant. As long as Strachan is more involved then I'll take that.
