Is going on with our club, I phoned the ticket office yesterday, spoke to Joe the manager, asked him what season ticket number it was for Saturday, his answer was 14, St Mirren will always be 13, look on Twitter tonight and who ever answers the Twitter account claims it’s ticket 13 tomorrow, it’s the wee things we can’t get right, lack of communication, why muck about with something that’s simple

Some like to go to the match without carrying a season book, as they like to go out after it, why can’t they just get something simple right ?

Take tickets 13 and 14 just to be safe, I’m sure you’ll get into Dens with one of them.

A little dry humour regarding a mix up in numbers and the potential consequences if that was bus numbers. It’s never the same when it needs explained.

Enjoy the game tomorrow  and your time out after it, I hope you’re celebrating a Dundee win.

My problem is I’m in hospo and have passed on season ticket voucher, that being the reason I phoned the shop

Problem is VB was told 14 because 13 was always going to be St. Mirren - not a massive issue with plenty ways round it but a bit confusing.

I swapped my st mirren tickets to the Derry, and apparently  I have to go to the ticket office and change them for the game today, why not just hand in st mirren ticket, or would that be to confusing, ??

Its pretty embarrassing that we can't even get something like this right. We seem to be getting worse at absolutely everything, maybe one day we will become semi professional, it will be long overdue.

In club shop now. 13 definitely ticket number for today as per website.

Should never even need to be discussed. Just use the lowest number in the book for the next match and hey presto problem solved. Confusion only ever occurs when games are cancelled and for some reason in the past we’ve kept that ticket number assigned to that match. The only reason I can see this was is when people exchange their ticket for another seat elsewhere in the ground but still shouldn’t be a showstopper. 
 

Digital entry also might help. Arbroath have it, so don’t give me the too expensive/complicated nonsense.
