Nobody chased them out.. Nelms sacked them.. but, quite rightly, the fans were sick of how shyte we were with them running the team... I would agree with you on the other point though. People saying "we should take our club back" How the f**k do you take a club back from the people who own it and aren't putting it up for sale? Also, even if they decided to sell up, who's got the dosh burning a hole in their pocket to buy it? never mind keep it running... Let's be fair to fans venting on here tonight Me being one of them> I think we're allowed to froth, rant and rave at yet another piss poor performance that's probably condemning us to a quick return to the Championship. Also, I think people have been critical of Nelms since McCann was re-appointed... with quite a lot of justification.. And frustration at how opaque his decisions are.. We are just meant to hand over our cash, suffer absolute crap, and keep our mouths shut?

While I can't speak for everyone all I want from dundee fc is a team on the park giving it 100% I don't think I saw that from the players today.. I try not to get involved in any off field stuff as in the grand scheme of things there is very little I can do about it.

To add mate, if no covid, we would still be in champ , as our "support" would have chased mcpake out sooner

I'd agree that without an alternative with a wedge of ready cash, FPS are here to stay.. I think Nelms has made many errors.. the first being re-appointing McCann after he kept us up... we will have to disagree on that one..

The timing was a bit strange again (same with McPake) but he’d lost 9 of the first 10 games had he not?

Both McCann and McPake should have gone earlier than they did. Very poor managerial choices. I agree that chasing FPS  would be absolute folly. But Nelms has run the football side of our business very badly. Not least  in making 4  dreadful managerial appointments.  I would argue that these choices have squandered excellent investment in the club. The McGhee appointment is an accident waiting to happen. A manager no other SPL chairman would consider. If anything, in my view, we probably would have been better keeping McPake on, taking into account the ridiculous timing of the decision,  than doing what he has done.  The fans are sick of the awful performances.

Fans/sponsors boycott. A proper one. 

Id happily not go back until they are out, many already are.

Equally, we could be if they stay.
