while it pissed me off greatly that we were undone by a quick freekick looking back on it it was well played we're still fannying about setting up and not switched on while they all are on the same page

we get a freekick in that position we wait until adam trots over to take it giving them time to set up and get ready for the obvious ball into the box..we're just so slow and predictable teams must love defending against us.

On both the 2nd and 3rd goals the Livingston scorer was in front of our defenders to score. Arguably you could say the same about the first once it came off the goalie (the defending in the lead up wasn't even schoolboy standard).

We created 3 half decent chances in the first half from crosses but each time the opponents centre half was stuck like glue to our striker and avoided a shot on target. I really don't know what we do in training all week but the number of times we have lost goals this season with a ball played across the 6 yard line is absolutely criminal.

I was raging at the defending for their first goal and it looked even worse on TV. Forrest breezed between 3 Dundee defenders before putting in a cross that was decent but nothing special. Keeper cut it out but (as is normal now) couldn't hold it and parried out into a very dangerous area. Because there were 3 defenders out wide trying to stop Forrest there were none in the middle - resulting in a tap in.

As you say not even schoolboy standard but so normal for us.

Don't even start me on Kerr getting outdone by Nouble at the second. Liability.
