Only one thing more depressing than that woeful performance.. was, the sight of such an empty Dens Park and, as the game got worse, it got emptier.... keep up these performances, that will be the norm.. this club is spiralling downwards.. on the pitch and off.. what a f**cking travesty..

Could not bear to watch. Atmosphere at Dens is dismal. Nelms is in denial and/or cuckoo land.

Like BCG I couldn't bear to watch it after experiencing the live "event". I have hardly watched Sportscene this season, for obvious reasons. Despite having a season ticket I will be giving the Hibs game a miss and won't be paying £30 for the cup game either. Basically I am fed up having my free entertainment time spoilt by our badly performing team whilst sitting in an increasingly toxic atmosphere.

4500 Dundee fans on Saturday.

Incredible we still get that much after the last 5 years of the club being killed by a thousand cuts.

A few hundred walked out after the second and third goals.

I left after the fourth and the streets were absolutely packed full of fans at 4:25pm.

The worst bit?

I wasn't even that angry and no one else seemed to be either.

We're used to it. Been humped and embarrassed far too many times at Dens since the 7 from Aberdeen under Hartley. We're lucky that wasn't 7 again on Saturday. Certainly wouldn't have flattered Livi.

The club is absolutely rotten under Nelms. Just a toxic downward spiral other than a wee flash getting through the pay offs because Ashcroft was on fire from set pieces for about 10 games end of last season.

You've got people saying we should be thankful to FPS for covering the massive losses they rack up year after year due to a combination of us still not owning a stadium and mistake after mistake being made with managerial appointments resulting in results like Saturday that no one raises an eyelid to anymore because they're just so us.

Well I'm sorry, but I'm finding it difficult to find them anything to be thankful for at the moment.

We're facing another relegation in embarrassing fashion, almost a carbon copy of the 2018/19 season with the rookie manager starting it and the experienced but not exactly sought after manager finishing the job.

We still don't have anything on the stadium.

The managing director has went in to silent mode since the play offs.

We're facing what should be a massive home game Scottish cup quarter final v Rangers where you'll be lucky if 2500 Dees attend it at those prices with results like Saturday.

A club our size should be getting 6000 to 7000 home fans for that type of fixture with the right pricing and the team not being cannon fodder for your Livi's and Ross County's.

Sickened and embarrassed once again.

Being honest I don’t think there was 4600 people there on Saturday. I think we’re counting all paid tickets as our attendance. We’re not alone in doing that to be fair, think most clubs do now.

Yeah agreed.

Derry looked fairly busy. Maybe about 1300 to 1400 out of the 1700 seats in there filled

Cox was about average for the last few seasons, about 1700 maybe? 2000 at a big push?

There's no way there was between 1100 and 1500 Dees in the Main Stand - maybe about 800 at a very rough estimate.

Would say we're a good few hundred to maybe a thousand down on the official announced attendances.

Yeah probably about right. He’s to criticise  Season Ticket holders not turning up really. Had we made a better managerial appointment might have seen a crowd boost but alas not.

Seems to be the modern way of giving attendances. DABs have had a few 7500s this season that from highlights looked no where near that. I’m maybe old fashioned but would prefer to know how many actually in the ground.

Haven't watched Sportscene highlights programme in more than 20 years.

It's dire. Just like Scottish football.

I watched it on Saturday and recorded it - just after third goal I can be seen descending the stairs on my way home, only reason I watched it mind.

One glaring thing that seems to be repeatable and I saw (again) from these highlights is that nothing sticks with Lawlor!

Every clutch (or lack of) either leads to a goal or rebounds off him. Teflon goalie and teams will now know that.

Not good enough.

I'd feel safer with Rab in the goal.

Is that Nelm’s son sat next to him? Wonder what he thinks, turning up at his dads work, watching the team he’s chairman of getting pumped, fans booing, walking out in droves, getting verbal abuse hurled at him along with the occasional season ticket.

Must reckon his dad is either a total assh*le or perhaps under appreciated.

Wouldn’t take my lads into my work if they had to witness something like that.
