Sign up at the rink advertising development land for sale. Is this new or has it never been taken down? Looks like a new sign to me.

This topic has resurfaced after well over a year, possibly two. There was no definitive explanation back then. So on that basis, it's probably the same sign.

Why is the sign still there? That’s poor stuff like

The answer is that it is an old sign which for some unknown reason the sign was not taken down after Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited purchased the site.
The selling agent listed on the sign has since been taken over by another company and last time I looked several months ago Campy Nou was not listed for sale on their website.

When shops are sold or let out it is usually only when the new occupier is about to open that the For Sale/Lease sign disappears so maybe a long wait before the sign disappears.
