Muirton/european Cup Commentary Tapes

I was kindly loaned some cassette tapes which I got digitised and cleaned up a bit. They are around 15-30 minutes long each from all of our home matches from our European Cup run. There is also recordings of the commentary from the day we won the league in 62.

The noise when Gilzean scores against Sporting Lisbon is tremendous.

The old man used to like telling me he took my mum on a date-to the Cologne game ....

Compare and contrast the commentary then (players names/positions with the odd phrase added in followed by silence) to now (non stop verbal diarrhea topped up with inane wittering from the co-commentator). 

Somewhere inbetween would be a good balance.
