Very very good last night, and shows he has a goal in him. Great energy all game. Huge plus for next season, where ever we are. Just realised, apart from CA, Gowser and McGinn, we have a very young team. Ashcroft and Byrne are way ahead at 28. Our whole back 4 last night plus McMullan and McCowan are all 24/25. Sharp, Anderson and Ruddon are 21 and Mulligan is 19.

Four Academy players in team last night and two more on bench. Bearing fruit at last?

Hope so Billy ... And as they say, "Success Breeds Success"

When they see it's working, it could well lead to greater things.

I posted earlier this week how good Mulligan could be-knocked back by someone who said he would end up like Finn.

Some people don't know ability when it's right in front of them.

Mulligan had a terrific stint out on loan and has come back a better player. It didn't quite work out for Finn but still time on his hands to get out on another loan, get regular matches and improve his game. If Adam hangs about for another season then he could greatly help all three players (Anderson, Mulligan and Robertson)

It’s refreshing to see one of our youths being able to cope with first team football. It’s not easy for young guys coming into a struggling side. Hopefully Finn can find his way back to how he was when he first broke into the side.

4 academy players on the pitch, one on the bench last night. If that was United we'd never hear the end of it. With Cameron getting good reviews out on loan, there's a good core of young boys we should be building the squad around next season.

Think we had 2 on the bench.
