Gourlay not on loan for a junior team? Would make sense that they'd strive to give Brodie game time in the under 20s ahead of Gourlay if he's effectively second choice until the end of the season.

Even if he's being released? Is there much of an age difference between Gourlay and Brodie?

Think Brodie is a year older. My point was that if Gourlay is on loan at a junior team, he wouldn't be able to play on Saturday (but could still play in development games) so Brodie would be the only one we could call upon in the last two games. If that was the case, it'd make sense to keep Brodie sharp and playing in the 20s just so he'd be in a better state if he was needed in the first team.

Or it may be that someone is watching Brodie and the club are doing him a favour by giving him game time. No idea though, was just guessing.

Full-time 1-0. A strong Dundee u20s team loses to a dominant fermers side. We at least had a few shots in the second half.

Fermers 16 shots (7 on target). 15 corners

Dundee 5 shots (3 on target). 4 corners
