Open Letter Group season ticket and fan satisfaction survey

When our group wrote our first letter to the Dundee board, we were motivated by a desire to mend the connection between the club and its fanbase broken by events on and off the park in recent years. We hoped they would engage with our ideas as a first step to rebuilding this relationship and to avert potentially catastrophic season ticket sales that will either lead to budget cuts or necessitate substantial investment by the club’s owners to fill the resulting shortfall.

Disappointingly, they decided not to engage with any of the ideas we have proposed and have failed to acknowledge to the follow up letter we sent over a month ago. We believe they still fail to grasp the seriousness of the discontent amongst fans. To quantify how supporters actually feel, we ask that you take a few moments to fill in the following anonymous survey about your intentions with regards to attending Dens next season and your level of satisfaction with the direction the club is moving in.

There is also a free text section in which you can share your feelings about the way the club is being run. All constructive and respectful feedback will be passed on to the club. We hope they take the time to read what you have to say as only by listening to the fans can we start to rebuild.

Completed. Whether the club i.e. Nelms pays any attention to it after his ignoring the previous 2 inputs we will have to see, but if you don't try....

Done. Will the results be published for all to see? The free comment section could probably be left as only for the Boards eyes, but the simple survey results would be interesting for most of us and it would make it easier to judge what influence the results had on the boards actions.

Needs to reach a wide fan base as possible. I hear the email went to around 1300 so if all fans can pass to mates and fellow Dees that will raise the overall universe making it harder to ignore.
