Anyone getting thru by phone? They are either very busy or ? It rings six times or so then cuts off.

I also cannot see how to renew my season ticket online as my seat is grayed out. Any help anyone?

Emailed the club, girl called back and I bought my ticket. She could not tell me why seats were grayed out and actually how to renew. Seemed loathe to take the matter further. Interested to see if anyone else has issues or just me.

It is greyed out because that seat is reserved for you until 31/7. You can access form your account on the main page of the official site. 3 bars top right.

I see I am not the only one who could not work out how to renew ST.I gave up .Will try again.

Amazing how at all levels getting tickets at Dens is such a difficult thing.

Have to say though the pair that are currently working in the shop dealing with the tickets are clueless. Been an issue for a while now.

I was in  the shop yesterday renewing my tickets , I found the girl behind the desk very helpful to me and the couple ahead of me , she was quite busy but took the time out to help me as I couldn’t remember my grandsons age ha

It’s hard to get thru and last day for early bird is Monday. Hope they are open this weekend

The club must stop this early bird crap.  I'll not get down before Monday and I'll simply refuse to pay extra for less games in an inferior league.

Not because I don't love DFC but because I feel it would be wrong to pay extra.

You think they should completely do away with the early bird deals? So full price from day one? You'd be more inclined to buy the season ticket after Monday if they hadn't been that bit cheaper before? It's wrong to pay extra when it's not really extra because it's the early bird that's actually less?

I'm not getting it

Quite simply I'm not paying £375 for a season ticket in the championship  with less games. 

Hope you get it now.
