We have done a couple of lines for years by direct debit and have been contacted quickly on the occasions of winning something.

i saw my name as a prizewinner a few weeks ago and have just realised i have had no contact

How does it work now?How are you contacted

I only see the winning numbers / names once in a blue moon on Facebook

I Receive an email every Friday with results and winners. If you PM Alison McGuire on FB I am sure she will sort it out for you.

Surely the people that run a properly licensed lottery are legally bound to inform winners by the method selected by the entrant?

Not everyone has Twitter or access to the website and it's not really the best thing to assume they do. Surely an email goes out or even a phone call for bigger winners?

You actually are notified by post and the envelope will include the cheque for your winnings-£35 this month!!!!!

So do I but they quote a few other lines I did for a few months in the first lockdown and which i no longer do.But my original lines I have done for years are still done and paid for by monthly DD.So its one of these that won a few weeks ago and I saw my name as one of the consolation winners of about £46 

I have won a few prizes over the years and just got a cheque in the post soon after including once after i moved address The names are put on the Club website which I occasionally look at and it was just luck that i saw it

Is that Alison McGuire the same Alison as has always run the Lottery since before the Clubforce took it over and does she still work at Dens? I dont do Facebook so I could try phoning her.I am sure she can sort it.
