My mates who attended todays game did not get in the game until 15:25, no cash gates and had to stand in a queue that stretched to the corner of the provie road at 3pm. 

Shocking and incompetent once again, no lessons learned from last season.  I'm beginning to think the club does not really like the fans and we are a bit of a inconvenience.

There hasn’t been a cash gate at dens for a few years now though. Did they have to queue to buy tickets or just queue to get in the stand?

 Purchase tickets.  I thought there was still a cash gate for a section in the  main stand? Maybe Pre Covid. For games like today is there any reason for not having a cash gate?

The Club is operating the ticketing system from the dark ages. United have QR codes around the ground you can scan from your phone, pay and pick a seat, (even order food from the kiosk) How far away are we from this? we don't even have a card reader in the ticketing side of the shop that works, when I bought my ST last week the assistant had to manually type my card in the computer.

What's the reason for not having a working card reader? or do they now have a working card reader?

I'm going to say around 14:50 they joined the queue, they enjoy the pre match pint and nip for medicinal reasons!

New card machines ordered but not arrived yet said Greg Fenton. Bradley need them for next Sat or I would say buy ticket sometime midweek at Dens. Not ideal but until we move into 21st Century we will have to adapt.
