Byrne can play that role, problem on Saturday was max and Ben W were miles off it. I think that exposed him more than his ability to make tackles, legal or otherwise.

Agree with this, they seemed to have an extra man in there on Saturday...think Byrne had a tough shift

Said it before and appreciate I'm probably in a minority, but Byrne goes missing in far too many games for me. 

Agree re Max and Williamson. Strange decision to start Williamson if, as GB says he had a knee knock earlier in the week.

Byrne easily good enough to play that role. He was outstanding getting us promoted in that role and before injury in premier league he was our best player by far. 1 bad game and boys are hammering players saying they aren’t good enough it’s madness. Last week boys wanted Anderson on 3 year deal now he’s useless. Have a word

To be honest mate I just don't see it with Byrne and haven't for quite a while. Appreciate that's a different opinion from many.

Midfield was lost on sat and imo it was down to Anderson and Williamson 

Both were nowhere near it especially Anderson 

I like Anderson but he can't afford to have many more games like he did in the 1st half on sat he was honking

I can see Max being a bit of a hatchet man, once he gets a bit more experience. Probably one of the players we will chase out the door, then will be a hit elsewhere. Typical Dundee

I see a lot of Mark O'Hara in Max Anderson.

I think they'll have similar style careers.

Was not there on Saturday but thought he was poor when he came on against Forfar for the second half.
