Reading George Cran's latest article it would seem a parting of the ways is being worked on.

If the rumoured wages are true could easily rank amongst the worst pieces of business done.

Sounds like it. I find it hard to believe that GB envisioned him being part of the squad at all. If he had I doubt we would have brought in Williamson. Here’s hoping an agreement can be reached and some wages freed up.

What length of contract was he signed on. Yet more money wasted on pish poor recruitment.

Really strange one. He did have a decent pedigree so not sure why it has been such a disaster. Hopefully we can use his wages on a proper target man.

Especially when GB has been looking at midfielders and brought in Williamson on loan. Surely he would want a look at someone who is already on the books?

The question to be asked here is did McPake sign Chapman? From what I remember in an interview last season it was unclear if McPake had much to do with it.

If this is Nelms work again then it's scandalous.

Either way, it's ridiculous.
