I believe you mean the Swallow Roundabout. Never ever heard of it referred to as the Invergowrie circle

I note the Scottish Water Consultation Response advises completing a

Pre-Development Enquiry Form in regard of several issues.

That may have already been done - but it does sound like a lot of Time will be needed to get that part of the infrastructure alone in place.

Given how slowly most of the UK planners / workies move this seems like several years will have gone by before We potentially see something big and shiny beside the Kingsway.

Wether or not you think it will happen an Honest and Appropriate Timescale will be needed.

Is that 3 / 5 / 7 years from now ?

Thats what I mean though we refer to them as circles but that one is the swallow roundabout not the Swallow circle

Definitely Dundee, i now live in Inchture and class being back in Dundee when I hit the Swallow roundabout

Definitely not in Dundee. The city boundary is north of the A90 at that point.
