How did you rate Gary Bowyer team selection, substitutions and performance against Raith Rovers?

Again makes changes when required, some of these players need benched or released , get the feeling GB will not shirk at cutting them .

I have a funny feeling either come next Jan we will see some players in and out.

Next season I think there will be a wholesale changes.

Not sure about the starting line up. A very strong bench which was slightly confusing as GB was asking for 'leaders' all this week? Ashcroft,  McGowan,  Legzdins all leaders and would, in my opinion,  boost the start line up.

None of them were 100% fit.

I think GB has mentioned more than once (maybe in general terms) He wants to see high energy, fully committed leaders & players out there, that on regular basis, show by example,what it means (& needs) to win a game...

And that's no a bad place to start

Whilst frustrated with having such a strong bench respect to Gb for easing these guys back in, we lost Ashcroft in March due  bringing him back too early, MCGee has also paid a similar price. Good things come to those who wait.

He will soon know what his best eleven is. Previous managers tinkered and played tombola. I think GB will not suffer fools gladly and demand a very high work ethic.

Agree with that BCG.  I think he's still finding out what certain players are like in competitive games and can they follow instructions.

Sometimes I wonder what sort of brain you have to have to be a manager (although this post is about GB others have IMO done very similar). GB comes on DTV says Jak askes to be played through the middle gets his wish and scores 4 on the bounce, the manager then promptly moves him to the wing. Do managers not want goal scorers in the team?

Think GB is pretty honest, open kind of manager. So what you see is what you get (more so in his case, I think)

But that said, we get only a wee window as to what goes on behind the scene. Think GB & BB would be on top

when it came to building/developing realationship with players (& fans) but he's intelligent enough (imo) to play

Psychological games, to get best out of the players (But maybe I'm reading too much in this.) Too early to say.

Whatever kind of brain they have, they must have, The Constitution of an Elephant.

Must be up there for sudden, Heart Attacks, High Blood Pressure, Strokes, for some.
