At least Bowyer has the excuse that this isn't a team he built.

Lot of this is on McPake (and the board) for handing out multi-year contracts to some very flawed players at this level and thinking they were more than good enough for the top flight.

I'm more worried that it's an overhaul that's needed. Said in pre-season that I think our squad has the ability to win this league as is.

It's the mentality that's a more glaring issue. As soon as we concede, we just absolutely fold.
