Best 11 since GB doesn't know

Legzdins more assured and more experienced than Sharp, whole back line more at ease when Legzdins is playing (A keeper that can actually kick a ball and claim balls in the air) Lawlor LOL Lucky he didn't cost us a goal yesterday scarebomb every time he plays   

Don't know if Ashcroft and Sweeney can play together since neither of them can run why I've opted French at CB for a bit of pace in the back line 

Byrne no need to even explain breaks up play wins second balls, actually shows for the ball and wants to keep things ticking which none of our midfielders do apart from him and Gowser

Grayson over McGhee cause anyone and their dog knows that McGhee doesn't offer anything in midfield, same with Williamson, Max in for Mulligan when he's off it, Could make an argument for Gowser in for Grayson but I feel like Gowser is suited to coming on at HT if things aren't going well  

McCowan and Cameron is a good debate, Like McCowan on the left a lot more than I do on the right, Cameron impressed me anytime I've seen him play went to Ibrox does well doesn't faze him, next game doesn't get on how many times has that happened to him this season? 

Robinson a class above any other striker we have right now, we've tried 2 up top this season, Rudden and Sheridan miles off it, Jak could maybe link up well with Robinson if he decides he wants to contribute something to the club 

  

Why can't GB see this? Why is Byrne not getting a sniff in? Cause he wants him off the wage bill because our incompetent owners don't want to fund this manager? The type of personal we've tried to bring in over the summer tells me that, only thing GB can moan about is he's not been funded and it's not his squad even though this team is the strongest in the league by a fair bit.

Missed the game. What was the actual starting line up. BBC had back 4 of French Ashcroft Marshall and Kerr. Was that actually how we lined up at the start?

Obviously I've no picked 13 players the / meaning either of the two, even went into detail, thats the only two spots up for debate for our strongest 11 imo

Part of the problem is we have some of the league's best players in many positions but GB overcomplicates things or doesn't play them at all. Some, not all, of our problems are self inflicted. GB really needs to get some consistency of selection.

Imo most of our players would get a game at most of our rivals: Kerr, Marshall, Ashcroft, Byrne, Max, Josh, Lyall, Robinson, McMullan, Gowser, McCowan, McGinn, McGhee. The problem is he either doesn't play them in the right position eg McMullan RW McGhee CH or doesn't play them at all.

Fair enough we don't have a goalscorer like Ayr or Partick or a steady keeper but we should  be doing much better.

Can't disagree with the line up suggested.  For me Byrne must play (I am aware of the arguements of those who disagree but surely our team is better with him in it).

I'm also aware of those who argue for 2 up top but I just don't think that suits our squad.

IMO 4-2-3-1 is good with probably Byrne and Grayson as the 2 holding midfielders. This then gives scope for 3 of the more mobile younger/attack minded players such as McMullan/McCowan/Cameron/Mulligan as well as Gowser when called upon to make up the 3 behind Robinson. If played properly, the 2 holders would give sufficient protection to allow the 3 to give adequate support to Robinson.

I don’t think byrne will play again under bowyer. As much as I think he should be playing easily in this team I can’t see him playing. He got left out squad Saturday.

I'm afraid you may be right which is a complete outrage imo. Easily one of our best players who can't get a look in.
