I saw/heard his brief comments & appearance...

And although I am still tryng to convince myself he might still get it allright, it is becoming harder to convince myself (But obviously, I hope I am wrong) & I hope my initial more positive impression of him, when he was appointed, are nearer the mark.

Still kinda like the man & feel he might still get it right...However past comments like "he was sold a pup & is now been left high & dry without support" does concern me ... But not necessarilly surprise me.

Spending big money on the right manager & giving him 100% backing to give DFC a real chance of promotion to the Premiership is not seen as a No ONE Priority by those who own/run our club

(Jist meh opinion mind)

You might be in pain, and out your nut on medication, but you can still see the glaringly obvious. Good post.

It really sums up the state of the season when the manager comes out with that statement!! Also makes me wonder, when he didn’t realise how competitive it would be and once he realised how competitive it is (surely hasn’t taken 12 games to come to his conclusion) why he hasn’t played players like Byrne, McGowan, McGinn who are seasoned professionals in Scotland and in the first two who have experience of what it takes to get out of this division!!

Thanks Prince (Shared Credit) ...

"The Voices" have noted my increased input on the Forum today and have reminded me (quite forcibly) I would not be where I am today, without their guidance and ongoing support :)

It all depends on context......if he was asked his thoughts on how competitive the division is and he's answered "more competitive than he thought it would be"

He's given a fairly honest and diplomatic answer and I don't have an issue with it.

Let's face it, he was third choice at least, behind Jack and Maloney, I very much doubt if he did that much research on the club, players or opposition before he accepted the job.

I have a feeling his appointment was rushed through quicker, than Liz Trust's time as prime minister!!
