Shocking stuff on the news this morning. Not sure if this is halloween events getting out of hand or something more serious but either way not acceptable. Hope residents are all safe.

Thing is freend, sure we all agree, it's the kind of news we would expect to be picked up on and reported .... So it can be fairly said,  News Agencies are only doing their job. The" "clowns" that get caught up in this dangeroud nonsense of course, are also providing another opportunity to put Dundee/Scotland (once more) in a bad light ...

Of late, it seems to me, that some media sources are putting in the extra hours to make any bad news associated with Scotland, is NOT going by un-noticed.... Maybe this recent reported news does not fall into this category, but I am not surprised, BBC Scotland, were first to report this.
