One thing is for sure, looks like another Puma top as you can just make out the hind leg of it 😆 also if you look close there is no white or light blue or RED trim around sleeves. Just hope it's no round necked.

Looking at it again, it looks as though there could be two tone dark blue (dare I say it) hoops through the shirt..

Could yet turn out to be a dark blue version of this one from next seasons Puma range:
