Genuine question, is £30 a barrier to fans?

I do agree that the early bird thing is a bit daft, especially when people have summer holidays, school holidays etc coming up. £380 is decent enough for Premiership fitba IMO.

Its amazing what a single game can do, but we were excellent last night, a complete breath of fresh air.

I think once we start going above £400 it just sounds horrendous, if we highlight the fact it’s £20 a game, it doesn’t sound so bad, some great games to look forward too, Hibs hearts Aberdeen, and we love a wee trip to Partick

To DFC and to the support.

Is keep the season ticket price at £380, don’t put it up to £410 at any point, in these challenging times, let fans as much time to get finances together to support the club.

Theres an incredible buzz about about the club, let’s not spoil it by hiking prices unnecessarily.

For the fans, we showed last night when we are on the same page, we can be an incredible help to these players, no wonder Coyle and co tried to slash our allocation, noise from start to finish.

Twenty quid a game if you buy a season ticket, gate prices will be likely be 27/28 and 30 for the usual suspects, tough times just now, but if you can, let’s back this incredible club and give the manager the best possible chance of keeping us in this league for years to come.

Spot on.⬆️👏

£30 won't break the bank but as you say £400+ looks terrible. There's been lots made over the last week of people's entitlement to tickets given their own support of the club over their perception of the support given by others. Some of these guys are (I know of a few) at an age, or without football supporting family, where their outlay is adequately covered by their disposable income. We're always talking about encouraging families back to football but very often these families are priced out of things and, in the ticketing carry on, discriminated against. Their outlay may in some cases be greater than those who see themselves as the lifeblood of the club. Not knocking anyone but a family of 4 would be in excess of £1000 just to attend home games. That's a hell of a lot of money to shell out just to get through the door.

Oh for the good old days, hate to think how many times me and my sister were lifted over/ kicked under the turnstile in the old Provie Rd.😊😊

Try and make it as affordable as possible to get people back through the door.

I think if we've something to support then the support will turn out. The issues start when things, inevitably, become a wee bit flat and/or the current financial cost can't be justified over the course of a season. I'd argue that I spend as much on a football day out as an away day regular over the course of a season and definitely if it's just isolated to games where the club sees benefits from a financial position, ie cup's and home games. To continue hiking the prices in line with increased costs elsewhere makes good business sense on paper but only if the pricing structure is tailored to suit all of your audience.

I was £19 for a ticket last plus petrol money, I would have happily paid £200 if I was guaranteed the feeling I got when that 5th goal went in coupled with the celebrations that followed……

Amazing what a football club can give you.
