Midfield Going Forward

With Sylla getting up to match fitness I would expect him and Boeteng to be our defensive pivots.

I'd like to see a five-man midfield:

Sylla Boeteng

Mulligan/Robertson McCowan Tiffoney

with Cameron coming on to freshen things up

Robinson up front

I think we have a big goal threat from midfield so don't need to rely on 2 up front. Also Bayakoko was pretty anonymous so better to have that extra player in midfield.

I'd have said Bakayoko caused more problems than Robinson yesterday and it was his pressing that led to the goal

Sylla and boateng look like they could compliment each other really well. Boateng had his best game since joining yesterday imo. Looks to be growing in confidence with every start.

With those 2 you could then afford to to McCowan cameron and Tiffoney as all 3 although very attack minded also have good engines and work hard without the ball.

You then have Mulligan and Robertson  (and McGhee (hopefully not) who can play central if required to, the midfield options certainly look pretty decent now
