Think we're well covered for MIDFIELDERS now so unfortunately for Max he's having to move to get game time. A year to show he's worth keeping.

All the best.

Spot on. He has undoubted potential imo but his progress has stalled the last 12 months. Most of that is down to himself but not helped by lack of game time and a run in the starting eleven. Down to himself now. How much does he want it. An important few months in his football career.

Practice makes perfect for Max, touch and control need a bit of work. There's a lot of good things but others that've held him back. Fin Robertson, who was out in the cold, has taken things by the scruff of the neck and fought off Shaun Byrne and Max. Max now needs to realise that his time in the Highlands is a chance to prove he's capable of playing at the required standard just like Robertson.
