Really liked what he had to say. He's a good talker. He should do more of this stuff as he has the ability for it and he's good at putting minds at ease IMO.

It comes across much better in the actual interview than it does typed out. It's also said in a rather joking/friendly manner and loses a bit of context typed out.

He is asked if he thinks that if the fans that have been speaking out about the ownership will feel better about the news yesterday.

He states that he thinks there's only a 'very small' group of fans that have been against the plans. He says that they've been that way since he's been at the club. He says he hopes the announcement will get everyone on side but has learned over the past 10 year at the club that there's simply not a way to please everyone. Laughs and says that if he got hit by a bus tomorrow that that minority would be delighted with that but says he's a very boring person and you can see that we've been improving slowly behind the scenes all the time and will continue to do so and hopes that they'll see that.

There's a full other interview with the press on DeeTV. Two separate interviews. I actually think he comes across better in the media one which is obviously more natural. Still some stock answers that he uses in both but more natural nonetheless.

I agree it's a more natural interview and he comes across well in it.

Re Dee4Life does he not say that that group has been against them (FPS) since they came in rather than against the stadium development?

Positive interview in my opinion.

Good sounding interview but Nelms always comes across well when in control of the interview. 
Im fairly positive and hopeful that the new stadium will come to fruition. 
I guess time will tell and see what happens with the next consultation that’s coming soon.

He used to go to Dens when he was at school but he lives near Aberdeen now so I think his sympathies are split now.
