Amadou Bakayoko's Loan in Danger

Troy Deeney has just been appointed as FGR's new manager which not only means a change in opinion of the squad but depending on how he decides to go about the job, one less striking option for FGR. Has to put Baka at risk of getting recalled in January IMO.

his wages are a big issue so they were desperate to offload him  and there fans cant stand him.

If this is true, Doc's apparent use of the January window for, " tinkering",  needs to focus a bit more on getting in a striker. Losing Bak could derail us with only Robinson and Rudden as our main strikers.  Not a prospect to relish as they rarely produce. (Although being Christmas, one of them might give us a  goal. or six.)

Was impressed with Si Murray last week, was one of the best men on the park.

Rudden is only striker we have that can run about and hassle defences, Robinson and Bakayoko are different. I’d have no problems with signing Murray again, he’s a Dee and gives everything for the jersey.

I would think Reilly is up to fitness by now and would like to see a bit more of him.

Hope this isn’t true 😭😭 although it’s the record so take it with a pinch of salt!

Losing Baka wouldn’t be great however losing Beck in January would be a real blow. Bit suppose we would probably lose him end of season back to Liverpool anyway but keeping him to end of season would be ideal!

I honestly can't see Liverpool recalling beck in January..the talks will be to see how he's developing and are both teams happy for the loan to continue...he's playing every week it's a no lose situation for Liverpool..we develop and give experience to a cracking young player and they reap the benefits in a year or 2 from now ..he's much better here than getting limited game time at a "bigger"club

This was in Courier a week ago. Record late to the story party. Of course there will be talks with all lending clubs.
