The owners have always said that the repayments on the new place will be considerably less than the maintenance costs on Dens.

Pinch of salt maybe?.🤷

How can we afford to use a new stadium?

Maybe after Nelms meeting with the DSA reps next week we will have a bit more meat on the bones re where we are re the stadium development and what DBPH will do to placate Transport Scotland. Another 100+ pages?

I really hope they Ask searching questions and don’t be nodding dogs.

Same for our so called local journalists. Not exactly in the mould of John Pilger.

Why not ask the searching questions and get replies from the forum posters? Bound to be someone who gets the right answer.

I am going along tomorrow evening. Have a good bunch of questions which hopefully I will get to ask.

Front page Tully reporting 45 minute queues to get out of Gallagher retail park. That's all day every day and they're concerned about a couple of hours at most every 2 weeks at Campy. Reports of dangerous driving with people driving over pavements to get on to main road. Our Council think this is acceptable. How come these shops got permission to open and cause such disruption?

That car park is an absolute disgrace takes about 5 cars to have it backed up. An absolute bottle neck. Think the new M&S has made it significantly worse.

And let's be honest in that area of town council would give you planning permission for absolutely anything.

The car park is unbelievably badly designed. As are the lights on/off the road bridge which cause long tailbacks right along to the train station and beyond. Also, the new lights at the swallow are causing tailbacks both directions up the a90 to let one or two cars join from the Liff Road.
If these are examples of Transport Scotland approving roads then I fear for their logic behind Campy.

Maybe you can contact your MSP and ask them to raise the issue with Transport Scotland.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

It should never have been given planning permission.

it had decimated the Murraygate and Wellgate.

I don't think the Gallagher retail park or M&S can be held responsible for that.
