If the JTC development does not have to consider this issue, is there no option to develop the stadium using a different point of access? I have said that before, I wonder if it is worth considering. The application says it won't be used often and will only be used for the cars in the car park, not for general use. We should maybe spend the money that would go on the junction on an upgrade to the small roundabout of the north entrance. We don't own that land which might make it tricky, but it could be used as a sweetner for the council to get it pushed through. Maybe traffic lights instead of a roundabout? 1

Double Blue Posted 28 October 2025 Posted 28 October 2025 So why is it not on the agenda? Due to DFC/DBPH or DCC?
Billy Campbell's Ghost Posted 28 October 2025 Posted 28 October 2025 To be fair the article does also mention we have brought in Montague Evans, a big well known property company to help move this forward..
Reverend Lovejoy Posted 17 November 2025 Author Posted 17 November 2025 Haven't been following anything too much Dee related recently as I'm pretty browned off with the current situation, any updates on the stadium PPIP though?. I thought we were potentially having our application heard this month.

stu2910 Posted 1 December 2025 Posted 1 December 2025 Since we have a, probably brief, window after winning a match, so stadium talk can't be considered a deflection tactic, is there any likelihood that this will be reviewed this month? It's several months now since we seemingly submitted the updated info required so surely there has to be another update either way soon.

DCC usually publish agenda a few days before so we will know this week if its in agenda. 3
Billy Campbell's Ghost Posted 2 December 2025 Posted 2 December 2025 I see the club are selling bricks again. I assume these will all be moved to new stadium should it ever be built
