I think it is pretty disgusting, the amount of money there is between 1st and 2nd place to the rest of the league.

And Celtic goes on about hard done by they are.

Think your reading it wrong, the gap is because of money made from Europe not from the league

Thanks VB.

Yeah, I quickly read it and just saw the total value and didn't read further.

Thanks for picking that up. Cheers! 👍

Just shows how much getting into Europe gets you.

Couple of seasons in Europe can transform a club.

Agreed, plus getting into Europe gives the fans a wee trip abroad and tasting the local beverage! 🍻

Plus I'm fed up listening to the oldies who got to follow the club around in the 50s and 60s. 🤣

The whole of the Championship earned less combined than Hearts did and their combined total was about a third of what Rangers earned and a quarter of what Celtic earned

Is it any surprise that that top half of the Championship and the bottom half of the Premiership consistently struggle to achieve not a lot more than a top 6 place (when in the Premiership) and the odd cup run?.

*obviously there will be exceptions to this, St Johnstone being an example, but overall the smaller clubs tend to struggle to sustain any consistent level of success.

WE ARE IN A GOOD PLACE THIS SEASON IN THE PREMIERSHIP :happyyes:

AND THE FINANCIAL REWARDS ARE WELL HIGHLIGHTED ON HERE.

Let us make sure, we can consolidate on Sat, and take a step forward.

Victory against St Johnstone's certainly not "a given"   But achievable.

Get out there, DFC, Players, Manager, Fans, Supporters.  LET'S DO IT.
